Job summary

Casper's Early Learning Co-operative Centre is seeking an experienced manager to lead a team in a rural Saskatchewan child-care setting. You will hire, train and supervise staff, develop administrative procedures, and contribute to policy initiatives with management committees.

You will plan and control budgets, coordinate schedules, and drive curriculum evaluation while ensuring licensing and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience required.
• Background in early childhood education and teaching.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a child-care setting.
• On-site work in a rural Saskatchewan location and related licensing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train professional and non-professional staff.
