Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children and youth, particularly those with behavioural or mental health challenges.
• Solid understanding of child and youth development theories, trauma-informed care, and mental health issues.
• Knowledge and practical experience with de-escalation techniques and crisis management.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
• Valid Safe Management or UMAB Certification.
• Valid G2 or G Driver's Licence.
• Vulnerable Sector - Broad Record Check completed within the last 12 months
