Job summary

A leading Fintech company in Toronto is seeking an experienced Chief People Officer to lead People & Culture initiatives for a globally distributed workforce. This permanent, full-time role involves defining and directing the People operations strategy while collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team. The position requires strong HR leadership experience and the ability to manage diverse teams. The Chief People Officer will be expected to work from the office up to 3-5 days a week, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility.

Overview

We require an experienced, dynamic, and strategic, Chief People Officer to lead People & Culture for a globally distributed workforce across 17 countries, expanding and improving how we support our employees as the company grows, and to define, direct, and own the end-to-end People operations (HR, Payroll & Recruitment) strategy. This is a senior executive position, reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer as a key leader on the Executive Leadership Team.

This position is permanent and full-time (40-hours per week) and will be based out of our business address located at 351 King Street East, Suite 1100, Toronto, ON. M5A 2W4. While work-from-home will be permitted from time-to-time, the Chief People Officer will be expected to be physically present at our office location up to 3-5-days per week.
