The Division
Transportation User Services is responsible for the management of public-facing services, including Concession Agreements, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Marine Services, Municipal and Client Services, Remote Airports and Traveler Communication.
The Location
Kingston, Ontario is situated on Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Cataraqui and St. Lawrence rivers. Please note that this position may require the successful candidate to provide relief services as Senior Marine Engineer aboard Wolfe Islander IV, Amherst Islander II, and other vessels in the ministry's ferry fleet. This responsibility requires a valid Transport Canada Third-class Engineer, Motor Ship certificate of competency, or a higher-level motor-ship certificate, with the endorsements and qualifications required to perform the assigned engineering duties on these vessels.
