The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and financial direction to our customer first organization.

We are looking for a front‑line executive with a proven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing team. The successful incumbent will lead the organization through its ambitious growth goals, has a bias for taking initiative and action, and will play an active role in positioning us for the future.

What You'll be Responsible For
  • Lead the Finance organization, developing a strong culture and high operating standards and provide direction for budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics for the Executive team; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting and the implementation of budgets, monitor progress and present operational metrics.
  • Monitor operating costs, identify areas for cost efficiency and implement innovative solutions.
  • Develop plans forward for revenue growth and optimization.
  • Create procedures, controls, and systems to collect and provide the necessary financial data in accordance with company standards.
  • Engage in and take lead in M&A‑related initiatives, managing the acquisition and integration processes.
  • Oversee all facets of tax planning and management ensuring compliance on all global tax filings.
  • Function as the company representative in managing the relationships with external banks, financial institutions, and other parties.
  • Lead the IT department, ensuring technology strategy and security align with business and financial objectives. Oversee IT budget, investment decisions, and risk management.
  • Other strategic projects including system implementations as decided by the company.
What You'll need to bring to Maropost
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in a senior finance role with a minimum of 8 years' experience as CFO.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS, PLG models, and multi-product global environments, ideally with $80M+ in ARR.
  • Strong experience in scaling finance operations in high‑growth, global settings (multi‑entity, FX, transfer pricing).
  • Demonstrated expertise in building scalable financial systems, automation, and AI‑driven processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with a keen focus on details and accuracy.
  • Proven records of partnership in business financing (equity, debt, etc.).
  • CPA required.
  • Ability to align key stakeholders toward a common goal, drive results and facilitate change.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated passion and experience in incorporating AI into software platforms and everyday workloads to improve automation and enable extreme efficiency.
