Responsibilities
  • Define the firm’s vision, mission, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
  • Develop and implement a business strategy focused on sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Set company goals and KPIs, tracking performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead client acquisition efforts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue consultancy opportunities in IT, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and industry associations to enhance service offerings.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring profitability and responsible spending.
  • Monitor revenue streams and identify growth opportunities while managing costs.
  • Direct investments in technology, infrastructure, and human capital to support business expansion.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of all projects, managing teams effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
