Responsibilities

- Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring profitability and responsible spending.
- Monitor revenue streams and identify growth opportunities while managing costs.
- Direct investments in technology, infrastructure, and human capital to support business expansion.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of all projects, managing teams effectively.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior management, ensuring the right talent is in place.

Qualifications
