A leading cooperative in retail seeks an Executive Leader to develop strategic direction and oversee financial stewardship while fostering a high-performance culture. Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of management experience across retail commodities, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Develop and execute strategic direction in collaboration with the Board, ensuring alignment with vision, mission, and values.
Lead financial stewardship, including budgeting, reporting, risk management, and oversight of capital projects and mergers / acquisitions.
Oversee operations to ensure safe, sustainable, and efficient practices, driving innovation and profitability.
Provide transformational leadership, guiding recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance and safety, maintaining adherence to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including members, customers, FCL, CRS, and community partners, to enhance organizational reputation and growth.
You will work closely with the Board of Directors, Federated Co-operatives Limited and other organizations within the Co-operative Retailing Systemand will have 6 direct report(s). This team strives to cultivate a culture of Community, Integrity, Excellence and Responsibility.
