Job summary

Parker Huggett - A Division of LRO Staffing in Toronto seeks an experienced Estimating Leader to guide pricing on large civil projects from opportunity through close. You will lead a team of estimators and own the pursuit strategy with senior oversight.

You will defend numbers to executives, collaborate with ownership, operations and field, and drive risk-informed pricing. Hybrid work from a GTA head office with travel as needed.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• A career in heavy civil estimating and preconstruction, with leadership responsibility on major pursuits
• Pricing experience across alternative and progressive delivery models, not hard bid alone
• Command of major project scale, where the pursuit runs for months and the estimate is a team effort
• The confidence to defend a number to an executive group, and the judgement to know when to walk away from one
• A genuine interest in developing the estimators around you
