Health Shared Services (HSS) – Alberta is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO), Capital Management, to provide strategic vision, executive leadership, and operational oversight for provincial capital management programs and services in support of HSS priorities. The CPO reports to the Executive Lead and advises on capital management across committees and with external partners.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, and/or Technical, Trade School or a related discipline.
• Ten (10) years of experience in a Senior Capital/Facility Management Position with at least three (3) years in healthcare.
• Demonstrated record of leadership, strategic thinking, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic vision, executive leadership, and operational oversight for provincial capital management programs and services.
• Advise on capital management priorities and participate in senior management committees and external committees.
• Build and sustain relationships with local, provincial, and national health stakeholders to advance capital priorities.
• Lead implementation, management, and evaluation of capital management solutions and services across HSS.
