Qualifications

  • Ten years of relevant experience or six years with a Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in developing executive compensation policies and programs.
  • Able to navigate ambiguous situations in a matrix organization.
  • Recognized for problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead positively within a team.
