  • Créer de nouvelles solutions techniques, sécuriser les droits de propriété intellectuelle (DPI) pour celles‑ci.
  • Représenter Ericsson dans le cadre de collaborations externes avec des universités (Université de Sherbrooke et Université d'Ottawa), l'industrie et des clients.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir:
  • Doit être titulaire d'un doctorat ou d'un postdoc en quantique.

  • Expertise en algorithmes hybrides classiques‑quantiques variationnels.
  • Expérience pratique et expertise dans les piles logicielles pour l'informatique quantique (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#, Python) et le développement général de logiciels.
  • Connaissance des piles logicielles cloud et réseau est considérée comme un atout.
  • Compétences : solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, créativité, capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et solides compétences en communication en anglais.

What you will do
  • Perform, document and communicate research studies, measurements or computer simulations.
  • Create new technical solutions and protect them with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
  • Represent Ericsson in an external capacity such as standardization, university collaborations, and customer meetings.
  • Develop evaluation tools, demonstrators, or test beds.
  • Research & Development: Perform research, simulations, and measurements related to quantum algorithms and quantum‑inspired computing.
  • Innovation: Create new technical solutions and secure intellectual property rights (IPR) for them.
  • Collaboration: Represent Ericsson in external collaborations with universities (University of Sherbrooke and University of Ottawa), industry, and customers.
  • Prototyping: Develop evaluation tools, demonstrators, and testbeds to validate your concepts.
You must have the following to apply
  • Must have a PhD degree or Postdoc in Quantum or completing this year.
  • Practical experience is a plus.
  • Must has research experience in quantum algorithms.
  • Must have proven record of publications and/or patents in Quantum‑Inspired Computing or Quantum Computing.
  • Must have expertise in hybrid classical‑quantum variational algorithms.
  • Must have research experience in quantum algorithms, specifically expertise in hybrid classical‑quantum variational algorithms.
  • A proven record of publications and/or patents in Quantum‑Inspired Computing or Quantum Computing is required.
  • Practical experience and expertise in software stacks for quantum computing (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Q#, Python) and general software development is essential.
  • Knowledge of cloud and networking software stacks is considered a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, creativity, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills in English are crucial.
