Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years of process development and scale-up experience.
- Strong synthesis, reaction engineering, and separation knowledge.
- Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis.
- Excellent problem solving and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize processes for specialty chemicals.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, pilot trials, and plant-scale runs to evaluate process feasibility and performance.
- Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement in yield, purity, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including process descriptions, operating procedures, and safety assessments.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions effectively.
