Une entreprise de distribution recherche un gestionnaire en approvisionnement pour optimiser les niveaux d'inventaire et diriger une équipe. Le candidat doit avoir un BAC en administration, de solides compétences en communication et 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion. Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis. Le poste est basé à Longueuil, Montérégie.
Le département d’approvisionnement de la division véhicules lourds de UAP assure le réapprovisionnement pour 4 centres de distribution ainsi que magasins à travers le Canada. Jour après jour, cette équipe travaille à faire en sorte que UAP demeure le leader de l’industrie en proposant la bonne pièce, au bon endroit, au bon moment.
Vous serez responsable d’encadrer, coacher et développer une équipe d’approvisionnement, en assurant la cohérence des pratiques et l’alignement sur les objectifs stratégiques. Votre expertise en gestion des inventaires sera mise à profit afin d’optimiser les niveaux d’inventaire au sein du réseau, dans le but d’atteindre un niveau de service d’excellence tout en respectant les objectifs financiers liés à la gestion des inventaires. Vous contribuerez également à maximiser les gains liés aux conditions d’achats tout en respectant le cadre financier entourant la gestion des stocks.
Dans ce cadre, votre mandat consistera à travailler avec votre équipe et en collaboration avec les autres secteurs concernés de UAP ainsi qu’avec nos fournisseurs, afin d’assurer de manière efficiente et proactive l’approvisionnement de nos entrepôts et magasins. Vos talents en communication et en résolution de problèmes vous aideront à naviguer dans des situations complexes ou problématiques soulevées par des clients internes. De concert avec le directeur, vous élaborerez des stratégies d’approvisionnement efficaces pour assurer une planification et une exécution optimales.
