Eureka 89 is the stunning events and dining space on the top floor of Eureka Tower in Melbourne. We host a wide variety of events - corporate lunches, dinners or cocktail parties, media launches, private milestone celebrations and weddings. We also operate a chef’s tasting dining room, open to the public throughout the week.

Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.
We are seeking a motivated, passionate and experienced Chef to join our team at Eureka 89. This is a full-time position. In this hands-on role, you will prepare and cook all dishes for our six and eight-course Chef’s Tasting menu and event canap e9s. You will also maintain the highest standards of food quality and hygiene and develop expertise in your assigned specialty.

This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude. You may be required to work any of the seven days of the calendar week, including weekends and gazetted public holidays. A standard working day can consist of up to 12 working hours, within the hours of 07:00hrs and 00:00hrs.
