Qualifications

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed Gantt charts for all active and upcoming new product addition projects.
• Work closely with all task owners (R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, etc.) to confirm task durations, dependencies, and milestones.
• Maintain and update Gantt charts weekly to reflect actual progress versus plan.
• Track project status, identify slippages or bottlenecks, and issue updated reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure the project schedule remains the single source of truth for all project timing and deliverables.

• Facilitate ongoing cross‑functional communication to ensure alignment across all contributing departments.
• Proactively identify risks, obstacles, or interdepartmental challenges that may delay progress.
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating between teams or escalating to leadership when roadblocks persist.
• Support effective decision‑making through accurate and timely project reporting.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Quality Director.

• Review and analyze Gantt charts to identify resource or bandwidth conflicts—for example, when an individual is assigned multiple overlapping tasks across projects.
• Raise potential resource allocation issues to management and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with department leads to ensure adequate coverage and realistic timelines.

• Prepare weekly progress reports summarizing project health, risks, and key decisions required.
• Present schedule updates and critical‑path adjustments to senior management as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation of changes, decisions, and assumptions.

• Champion adherence to the project governance process and documentation standards.
• Lead or participate in regular status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices, templates, and tools.
• Drive accountability by following up on action items and ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience within manufacturing, product management, or life sciences.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent Gantt‑based planning tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify interdependencies and risks early.
• Fluent in French and English (oral & written). This position will report to a Director based in the US and will interact with colleagues in North America.
