A premier hotel in Canada is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, assist in menu development, and train junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of cook experience and strong culinary knowledge, ensuring a commitment to service and quality standards. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated kitchen section, assisting with preparation (mise en place), ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items, and properly handling and storing all food products according to standards. You will actively participate in menu development, training junior team members, and maintaining approved food costs while upholding Crescent and Marriott brand standards.

Required 3 years
