Job Description
We’re searching for a true hospitality champion to lead our Food & Beverage team as Manager of the Crazy Raven Bar & Grill. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, a passion for elevating the guest experience, and the ability to inspire and support our incredible team. The Crazy Raven operates in both the winter and summer seasons, so this role includes hybrid responsibilities during the shoulder seasons – supporting overall F&B planning, operations, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Hire, train, lead, coach and support the team in the Crazy Raven to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventories.
- Plan and manage the ordering and delivery of liquor, beer, and wine for licensed outlets.
- Assist with planning and executing events in conjunction with the F&B and Marketing teams.
- Uphold, document and follow operational procedures.
- Participate in the planning of the department’s budget and financial goals.
- Process and maintain periodic reports as requested.
- Operate and oversee POS systems/procedures in the Crazy Raven.
- Adhere to, support and champion OH&S policy and programs.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.
- Perform other managerial and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications / Competencies
- Self-motivated, clear communicator, and proactive.
- Strong POS and sales system knowledge, including troubleshooting and team support.
- Experienced in scheduling, training, and building high-performing teams.
- Sharp problem-solving skills with a calm, steady approach under pressure.
- Forward-thinking and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Genuine hospitality mindset, dedicated to delivering standout guest experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Confident leader who gives and receives feedback constructively.
- Analytical thinker with sound operational decision-making abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office and related operational systems.

- Ability to work shift work, holidays and overtime as required.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.
- Genuine passion for food and beverage while creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Committed to continuous growth, both professionally and personally.
- Experience in the ski resort, outdoor recreation, hospitality, or tourism industry (an asset).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must be able to legally work in Canada.
- Serving it right BC.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle with winter tires for commuting.
Wage / Benefits / Perks
- Wage: $60,000-64,000/annually (DOE)
