The Chef De Partie is a full-time, on-site role based at Royal Ashburn Golf Club in Whitby, ON. This role is responsible for preparing and plating high-quality dishes for golf club guests, weddings, banquets, and special events, while maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Daily tasks include organizing and managing a specific section of the kitchen, following recipes and event menus, supporting service during peak periods, and coordinating with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef. The Chef De Partie ensures proper food handling, inventory rotation, and cleanliness, adheres to health and safety standards, and helps train and support junior kitchen team members.
