Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy in taste, portioning, and plating.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in your section.
Monitor stock levels and assist in stock control and inventory management.
Collaborate with the sous chef and head chef on menu planning and development.
Train and supervise commis chefs and junior staff in your section.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Contribute to a positive, efficient, and professional kitchen environment.
