Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards and following established recipes.
• Ensuring timely and consistent service during busy periods.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment.
• Assisting with planning and preparation for special events or large bookings.
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory control.
• Collaborating with the Head Chef and wider team to ensure smooth service.
