Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate washers, tumble dryers, extractors, elevators, hoists, and any other equipment required.
• Ensure the efficient flow of textiles and supplies throughout the production process and monitor quality.
• Promptly report any equipment breakdowns or operational issues.
• Accurately enter data into the washing and drying systems.
• Transport textiles to and from the work area.
• Consistently comply with workplace efficiency and safety standards.
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and orderly.
• In the sorting department, oversee the unloading of soiled linens.
• Manage personnel and arrange for replacements when necessary.
