Job summary

PIP Canada, part of Protective Industrial Products, is seeking a Team Lead – Shipping in Laval, QC. The role leads the evening shipping team ensuring accurate, on-time order preparation and shipment, with coaching and KPI monitoring. Shift is 3:30pm to 12:00am, at our Laval distribution center.

The ideal candidate will supervise operations, verify orders, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with Transportation and Customer Service to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

The Team Lead – Shipping is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Shipping team, ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently prepared and shipped on time. The role provides direction, support, and coaching to team members while monitoring productivity, quality, and compliance with established processes. The shift for this position is 3:30pm to 12:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
