• Gérer et coacher l’équipe formée d’environ 3-4 assembleurs électriques.
  • Veiller à une exécution efficace des projets selon les budgets et cédules de projets afin de faire une mise à jour hebdomadaire précise de la cédule de production et assigner les tâches des assemblages.
  • Valider les assemblages avant le transfert au département de programmation.
• Agir en tant qu’assembleur électrique principal et assembler la machinerie selon les devis du client.
• Participer activement à la résolution des problèmes d’assemblage, d’opération, etc. (troubleshooting)
• Analyser et valider les temps standards prévus pour les projets futurs.
• Déceler et transmettre adéquatement les correctifs à apporter pour le projet actuel et ceux futurs.
• Collaborer à la préparation des expéditions des équipements.
• Gérer proactivement l’inventaire des composantes électriques.
• Participer activement à la culture de santé et sécurité de l’entreprise, ainsi qu’aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.
• À l’occasion, aider l’équipe pour supporter la maintenance du bâtiment.

Qui recherchons-nous ?

• DEC ou tout équivalent en génie électrique, électromécanique des systèmes automatisés et/ou expérience équivalente.
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en assemblage électrique et en dépannage de systèmes automatisés. Expérience dans le domaine de l’emballage est un atout.
• Familier avec composantes électriques ainsi qu’avec les manufacturiers et fournisseurs.
• Bonne aptitude dans la lecture de plan électrique.
• Expérience dans la gestion d’équipe.
• Bonne connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office.
• Esprit d’équipe, sens de l’organisation.
• Connaissance des automates programmables industriels tels que Rockwell et Allen Bradley est un atout.
• Expérience de mise en marche de machine automatisé est un atout.
• Excellente connaissance du français et l’anglais, autant parlé qu’à l’écrit.

En raison des échanges fréquents par courriels et téléphoniques avec les divisions de ProMach situés aux États-Unis et avec les clients, la connaissance de l'anglais est importante pour ce poste. Il est important de noter que l'environnement de travail de l'employé sera en français.

• Manage and coach a team of approximately 3-4 electrical assemblers.
  • Ensure efficient project execution within budgets and schedules to provide a precise weekly update of the production schedule and assign assembly tasks.
  • Validate assemblies before transferring them to the programming department.
• Work as the lead electrical assembler and assemble machinery according to client specifications.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting assembly, operational, and other issues.
• Analyze and validate the standard times anticipated for future projects.
• Identify and communicate necessary corrections for current and future projects.
• Collaborate and support QC and equipment shipment preparation.
• Proactively manage the inventory of electrical components.
• Actively participate in the company’s health and safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Occasionally assist the team in supporting building maintenance.

Qualifications

• DEC or equivalent in electrical engineering, electromechanics of automated systems, and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and troubleshooting of automated systems. Experience in the packaging industry is an asset.
• Familiar with electrical components as well as manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong skills in reading electrical schematics.
• Team management experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player with a strong sense of organization.
• Knowledge of industrial programmable controllers such as Rockwell and Allen Bradley is an asset.
• Experience in commissioning automated machines is an asset.
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.

Due to frequent email and phone exchanges with ProMach divisions located in the United States and with clients, knowledge of English is important for this position. It is important to note that the employee's working environment will be in French.
