Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a country/region level site activation professional for a home-based role in Canada. Under general supervision, you will perform site activation tasks, ensure regulatory and contractual documents are complete, and support project plans and data systems.

The position requires a Life Sciences degree and about two years’ healthcare experience, with strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time, home-based role within Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Two years of experience in a healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Established individual contributor who works under general supervision; able to influence outcomes within broad boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, perform feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities for investigations sites.
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy under guidance of senior staff.
• Prepare site documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Inform team of completion of regulatory, contractual and other documents for individual sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and project team members.
• Support updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools and project plans with accurate information.
• Review, track and follow up on progress, approvals and execution of required documents such as CDA, regulatory, ethics, ICF and IP release documents.
