Job summary

Nationex is seeking a Class 1 driver in Canada to join our team and advance your driving career. You will deliver goods, plan routes, and interact professionally with customers to ensure on-time service.

We offer a competitive salary with annual increases, group insurance after 6 months, employee assistance program, and a referral bonus. Work schedules run Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with occasional Wednesday night shifts.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Class 1 licence.
• Have an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a Class 1 semi-trailer truck to make deliveries or transport goods;
• Plan and track delivery routes according to customer schedules and requirements;
• Comply with the rules of conduct and regulations for the transportation of goods;
• Perform regular vehicle checks and report problems;
• Maintain the cleanliness of the truck and fill out the on-board documents correctly;
• Interact professionally with customers;
• Meet delivery deadlines and provide excellent customer service;
• Follow company safety policies for a safe work environment.
