As a Charter Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional private jet charter experience while driving Chartright’s continued growth as Canada’s leading provider of private jet services. This client-facing role involves managing both new and existing relationships, converting trip inquiries into revenue generating flights, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end travel experience.
Your responsibilities will include quoting, trip planning, post-charter administration, and proactive client engagement. You’ll collaborate across departments and with external partners to remove barriers to success and elevate the customer experience. A strong sales demeanor, strategic thinking, and a commitment to service excellence are essential. As you’ll be expected to generate new leads, grow existing accounts, and maintain long-term client loyalty.
