Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail or food-service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures accurately.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness and safety in a deli/food area.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety rules, company policies, and other programs.
• Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow stock control procedures during ordering and receiving stock.
• Support and process customer meal orders.
• Assist in merchandising and in-store product promotions.
• Handle and prepare cold and hot deli meats per safety policies.
• Contribute to in-store sales growth by actively promoting products.
• Assist in training new employees and participate in onboarding.
• Order and receive stock according to company procedures.
• Manage department losses.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide customer service that meets customer needs.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

• Suivre et respecter tous les protocoles de salubrité alimentaire, les procédures opérationnelles normalisées, les règles de santé et sécurité, les politiques d’entreprise et les autres programmes et initiatives
• Utiliser tout l’équipement de protection individuelle (EPI) requis
• Suivre les procédures de contrôle des stocks lors de la commande et de la réception des stocks
• Soutenir et traiter les commandes de repas des clients
• Participer à l’exécution des programmes et à la mise en marché des produits
• Conformément aux politiques de salubrité alimentaire pertinentes, manipuler et préparer les charcuteries froides et chaudes
• Contribuer à l’augmentation des ventes en magasin en faisant activement la promotion des produits
• Soutenir la formation des nouveaux employés et y participer
• Commander et recevoir les stocks conformément aux procédures de contrôle des stocks de l’entreprise, au besoin
• Gérer les pertes du rayon
• Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire conformément aux exigences de l’entreprise
• Offrir un service à la clientèle qui répond aux besoins des clients

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique
