A marketing firm located in Toronto is seeking a Channel Strategy Specialist for a hybrid role, focusing on multi-channel marketing strategies and campaign management. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing, along with strong analytical and project management skills. This full-time position offers an hourly rate of up to $35.50, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite per week)
Contract Length: 12 months (possibility of extension or conversion to full-time)
Start Date: December 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Overtime: Not expected
Hourly Rate: up to $35.50 T4
The Channel Strategy Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies. This position focuses on ensuring communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with broader marketing objectives. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on experience in digital campaign execution.
Working closely with internal marketing, partnerships, and analytics teams, the Specialist contributes to media planning, campaign performance optimization, and the implementation of marketing technology initiatives.
