Job description
The Position

Sharp & Carter are seeking an Organisational Change Manager to support a Perth-based organisation for a major Cyber Security uplift. This role will lead and deliver change management activities across multiple security initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and minimising business disruption.

Working closely with program leadership and technical teams, you’ll play a key role in translating complex cyber and technical concepts into clear business messaging, driving stakeholder engagement, and enabling successful change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management workstreams across Essential Eight–aligned initiatives
  • Develop change strategies, plans, and communication materials
  • Assess impacts, identify risks, and manage resistance
  • Support stakeholder engagement across a large, complex organisation
  • Provide updates, reporting, and metrics on change outcomes
  • Collaborate with project, cyber, and business teams to ensure alignment
Skills & Experience
  • Proven background as a Change Manager within large organisations
  • Experience supporting cyber security or technology-driven programs
  • Strong understanding of change principles, tools, and frameworks
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for business audiences
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical capability
Contract Details
  • Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension
  • Must be able to meet relevant security and clearance requirements
