• Deliver Comprehensive Primary Care for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
• Promote Preventive Health through regular check-ups, screenings, and immunizations.
• Manage Acute & Chronic Conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and thyroid disorders.
• Support Mental Well-being with initial assessments, treatments, and referrals.
• Educate & Empower Patients on nutrition, exercise, and preventive care.
• Perform Minor Procedures including mole and wart removal, ear syringing, and more.
• Utilize Telemedicine for convenient virtual consultations and follow-ups.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination with specialists and other providers.
• Stay abreast of Modern Technology by using EHR for accurate documentation.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled physician to join our team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life. EB Medical - West Kelowna - work closely with the PCN Allied Health Professionals to support the practice for improved patient care and outcome; there is an RN working in each location; excellent MOA to Physician ratio of about 1:1; payment model is by LFP payment model but alternative payment plan also acceptable; Our overhead is 80/20% or 75/25% (based on earnings). At EB Medical, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Perform Minor Procedures – Enhance patient care with in-office procedures, including mole and wart removal, ear syringing, and more.
• Utilize Telemedicine – Connect with patients conveniently through virtual consultations and follow-ups.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination – Work closely with specialists and other providers to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.
