Job summary

Echo NDE is seeking CGSB-certified RT2 Technicians to support ongoing projects across Alberta. This full-time role offers varied field work, with training and career growth opportunities in a dynamic industrial setting.

Responsibilities include setting up RT equipment, calibrating systems, performing radiographic inspections, and documenting results. Travel to sites across Calgary, Edmonton, Fort McMurray and surrounding areas is required, with camp or hotel accommodations provided when needed.

Qualifications

• CGSB RT Level 2 Certification is required.
• CGSB MT and PT Level 2 certifications are assets.
• Experience with DTR equipment (Carestream preferred) is an asset.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home on camp or hotel-based assignments.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, transport, and set up RT equipment at field sites.
• Calibrate and verify equipment per codes, standards and safety.
• Perform radiographic inspections of welds, piping, and pressure equipment.
• Process and evaluate radiographic images using DTR systems.
• Interpret results and document reports per client requirements.
• Support call-out, turnaround, and outage work at remote locations.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and site requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
