Job summary

TheKey is seeking Certified Health Care Aides (HCA) to support clients in Calgary. You’ll provide high‑quality in‑home care, helping seniors maintain independence with dignity. Earn top pay rates starting at $18 per hour and up to $19.50 per hour, with flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
