A regional educational institution is seeking a Certified Education Assistant (CEA) for their Relief Roster in Kamloops. School District No. 73 is currently accepting applications for our Certified Education Assistant (CEA) Relief Roster for Clearwater and the surrounding area.
Our relief staff fill in for our regular employees when they are away. As a relief employee you will have the opportunity to visit many of our schools and district sites, and support the staff and students of School District No. 73.
The Certified Education Assistant carries out a variety of tasks associated with the implementation of an individual or group education program while providing support for the behavioral and emotional needs of the student(s) assigned to them. Also provides input as part of a classroom team.
Candidates with a combination of skills, education and experience and who demonstrate capacity and potential for a role as a CEA, and who are qualified to perform the full functions of the position based on the language of the respective job description, but do not possess a Certified Education Assistant Certificate, may be considered for Underfill Appointments.
