Job summary

Rafih Auto Group in Ontario is looking for a licensed Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles under the direction of the Service Manager. You will collaborate with parts and service advisors, document repairs, and ensure timely, safe, and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising apprentices, staying current with recalls, and maintaining shop cleanliness and tool readiness, while upholding dealership standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Service Technician in Ontario.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair work as outlined on repair orders according to dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnoses causes of malfunctions and performs repairs.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles when required and references job aids to qualify complaints.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training and keeps up with recalls.
• Supervises apprentices as assigned and ensures safety in the shop.
• Maintains and cares for dealership tools and manuals.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
