Job summary

Mathnasium of South Surrey is seeking a Centre Director to take operational ownership of our learning centre, lead a team, build relationships with families and the local community, and drive enrollment and revenue.

You will hire, train, schedule, coach staff; monitor KPIs; ensure high-quality instruction using the Mathnasium Method; manage daily operations.

This is a leadership and business role in an education setting, requiring strong people skills, sales, and a passion for student success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong ability to drive enrollment and revenue growth.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centre and team; own day-to-day operations and performance.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Build relationships with local schools and community partners to grow enrollment.
• Lead family engagement, assessments, and enrollment guidance.
