Job summary

AMA - Alberta Motor Association is seeking a Centre Coordinator within Member Services to greet members and set a positive tone for every interaction. You’ll balance front-line member support with administrative coordination, manage appointment flow, and connect members with the right experts to deliver a seamless experience.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll welcome customers, assess needs, provide information about AMA products and benefits, and help maintain an organized space with strong

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2–3 years of retail, administrative, or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and set a positive first impression.
  • Assess needs and connect members to the right team.
  • Provide information about AMA products, services, and benefits.
  • Manage traffic flow, appointments, and maintain a tidy reception area.

What You Bring to the Table
  • High school diploma

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking skills
