Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, seeks a Driver Trainee Non-CDL to begin an entry-level path into professional truck driving. You will assist the trainer, learn to haul freight, and deliver customer orders with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Local delivery is home daily with a 4-day work week and opportunities for growth. Paid training to become a CDL A driver is provided, with progression and recognition within a strong team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 0-6 months driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Driver, Trainee Non-CDL is an entry level driver training role.
• Learns hauling freight and operating tractor trailers while assisting designated driver trainers with deliveries and routes.
• Communicates with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally to answer questions accurately and timely.
