1. You’ll partner with and guide a team of expert Category Managers to develop and execute IT category strategies.
2. Drive innovative sourcing solutions supporting profitable growth and exceptional client experiences.
3. Use data and insights to influence key strategies and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
4. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, conveying complex procurement strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
5. Apply skills in data analytics, market research, sourcing, contract management, and collaboration.
6. Spearhead contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, cross-functional projects, and risk management.
7. Optimize our delivery model, including coaching and mentoring team members.
8. Leverage automation, RPA, and GenAI to streamline procurement activities and improve data accuracy and risk management.

What you bring

1. Experience in IT Procurement category management, negotiating large projects with Tier 1 suppliers.
2. Proven ability to develop and implement IT category strategies.
3. Expertise in SaaS and Cloud provider requirements.
4. Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex IT deals.
5. Exceptional communication skills for all organizational levels.
6. Strong business and financial acumen.
7. Understanding of negotiation strategies and practices.
8. Ability to build effective internal and external partnerships.
9. Experience in supplier negotiations, contract structuring, and risk mitigation.
10. A degree in any domain.
