You will work with the buying group to analyze sales, forecast trends, manage vendor processes, and shape assortments that meet evolving customer needs across Canadian Tire stores nationwide.

You will collaborate with Category Business Managers, deliver robust analyses, and provide market insights to strengthen our brand and achieve category objectives and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business, Commerce, Retail Management or Data & Analytics.
• Strong collaboration, influence and negotiation with colleagues or senior members.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to tailor style for the audience.

Responsibilities

• Support category performance through sales analysis, assortment planning, forecasting and market insights.
• Manage vendor processes and examine new and existing product lines to meet customer needs.
• Provide robust analysis and insights to Category Business Managers to inform assortment and financial goals.
