Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a Casual/On-Call Stewarding Attendant. The role focuses on pot-washing and dishwashing, janitorial and sanitation tasks, and supporting the stewarding and kitchen teams.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to multitask; lifting up to 50lbs and operating industrial dish machines are required. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in a stewarding environment, preferably in a hotel/hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills and command of English language.
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and safely operate cleaning and polishing solutions.

Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Casual/On-Call Stewarding Attendant who shares our passion for excellent service and is willing to learn from and contribute to our team.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Applicants must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation. The Stewarding Attendant position is physical by nature and requires the applicant to be able to lift up to 50lbs. Repetitive motion and movements are essential functions of this position. The ability to safely utilize the proper cleaning and polishing solutions is also required. The Steward is in direct contact with the entire Stewarding and Kitchen team and strong communication skills are essential. This position will encompass responsibilities for pot-washing, dishwashing operation, janitorial and sanitation.

Starting rate of pay of $24.34 and full rate of pay of $27.05.

Schedule & Hours

Successful candidates possess flexible availability and the ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings.
