Job summary

Extendicare is seeking a registered nurse to enhance daily nursing practice in our long-term care homes across Canada. You will ensure patient care aligns with physician orders and policies while supervising care staff.

Qualifications

• Current certificate of competence from the province
• Registered/eligible for registration with the province
• Previous similar experience in Community or long-term care
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and comprehension skills
• Developed creative problem-solving skills to look at the “big picture”

Responsibilities

5. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and comprehension skills
6. Developed creative problem-solving skills to look at the “big picture”
