Qualifications

• Hold a valid PSW Certificate that is 600 hours or greater.
• Display a caring and respectful attitude toward residents and team members.
• Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the PSW role.

Responsibilities

• Support and care for residents with daily living activities.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and the Village team.
• Identify and report changes in residents' well-being.
