Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Calgary is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program. In this role, you will perform client assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with a healthcare team. The position requires graduation from an LPN program, current registration with CLPNA, and leadership skills. This is a casual position with shifts available across days, evenings, and nights.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from a recognized LPN program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta is required.
- Basic Life Support Provider CPR certification is needed.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and supervise unregulated staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimum client care.
