Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as an LPN preferred; prior experience in Mental Health, Geriatrics or Long-Term Care is also preferred.
• Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta.
• Ability to manage stressful work situations with dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Resident care within the scope of practice.
• Monitor Resident response and report significant changes.
• Document care plans and evaluations diligently.
