Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior care, preferably in Assisted Living.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to Assisted Living residents.
• Administer medications and document care activities.
• Monitor resident health changes and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Guide health care aides and support staff.
