Job summary

Palliser Central is seeking Casual Educational Assistants to support students and assist teachers and school-based counsellors across several southern Alberta campuses. The role involves helping with personal care and behaviour management under supervision, and requires patience, flexibility and empathy to build rapport with students.

Educational Assistants provide various support to students, assist teachers and school-based counsellors with adapting academic and non-instructional tasks. They assist in areas of personal care and behaviour management under the supervision of teachers, principals and other child care professionals and are an integral part of the collaborative team.

• Criminal Record Check, including vulnerable sector check from Local Police Service or RCMP detachment;
