Job summary

A community resource center in Ontario is looking for a Family Resource Worker for a casual relief position. This role is responsible for providing parent-child drop-in programming at various locations. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in social work or early childhood education and experience in child development intervention. The position offers a starting salary of $24.55 per hour, with flexible availability required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in intervention with children and families.
• First Aid / CPR training.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver playgroups and activities for children and parents.
• Assist parent providers in increasing awareness of child development.
• Maintain and develop the EarlyON Child and Family Centre program.
