Job summary

A community-based support organization in Winnipeg is seeking Casual Support Workers and Agency Drivers to assist children and families in need. Qualifications

• Minimum completion of high school; or a combination of education and related experience may be considered.
• Valid Class 5F Driver’s license required.
• Full access to a safe and insured vehicle with proper liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Safe and timely transport of children or families to and from visits/appointments.
• Supervision of family visits, ensuring safety.
• Support to children in care and families.
• Detailed note writing and documentation.

Skills

Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to write short or detailed contact notes

Valid First Aid and CPR Certification

Education

High school completion or equivalent experience
