Job summary

Cineplex is seeking seasonal Cast Members for the Yonge-Eglinton & VIP locations in Toronto to deliver an outstanding guest experience—from concessions to the box office. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, social theatre setting and be part of a welcoming team.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, reliable, and available on weekends with some weekday evenings and late nights. Prior food service helps, and Smart Serve/Pro Serve credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, energetic and outgoing personality.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Weekend availability, some weekday evenings and late nights up to midnight.
• Food service experience or willingness to learn; Smart Serve/Pro Serve where applicable.
• Legal age to serve alcohol in licensed theatres is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience at concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.
• Assist with daily theatre operations and guest inquiries.
• Support opening/closing duties and maintain clean, inviting spaces.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced environment.

Cast Members have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre’s daily functions and can include duties in concessions, on the floor and at the box office, amongst other tasks.
