Job summary

Cineplex Kitchener & VIP at 225 Fairway RD S, Kitchener, Ontario, is hiring a seasonal Cast Member for Oct 23, 2026 to Jan 31, 2027. You will join a team delivering exceptional guest experiences across concessions, floor, and box office, with flexible evenings and late shifts in a fast-paced theatre environment.

This role supports diverse duties, with opportunities to grow, and is open to applicants holding provincial certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and energetic with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Enjoys fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Able to work evenings and late nights.
• Flexible with variability in the job.
• Smart Serve or ProServe certification (where applicable) is a plus.

• Assist in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office as needed.
• Help provide an exceptional guest experience and support theatre operations.

What you will do

This is a seasonal position, October 23, 2026 to January 31, 2027, at Cineplex Kitchener & VIP at 225 Fairway RD S, Kitchener, Ontario. Cast Members are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. Cast Members have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre’s daily functions and can include duties in concessions, on the floor and at the box office, amongst other tasks.

Qualifications

• You are team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• You enjoy the flexibility evenings and late nights can afford you.
• You enjoy variability in your job.
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.
